Sauna or steam room? Start with the experience you prefer.
A traditional sauna centres on heater-warmed air and a timber interior. A steam room surrounds you with humid warmth in a space designed for wet conditions.
The right choice also depends on the room, how it will be used and the atmosphere you want to create.
Let's discuss your options. Call 70001155.

Lighting is part of the sauna experience.
Tylö Silhouette Ring pairs an aspen wood form with soft ambient light. Designed for sauna temperatures, it can be positioned on a wall or used as a pendant, creating a distinctive focal point within the space.

Stone, mosaic and soft lighting shape the atmosphere of this spa space at Amara Hotel.
A project by Pamenea, captured through the materials and details that give the thermal area its character.

Planning a sauna? Start with these four conversations.

01 Room and layout: consider the available space, seating and how it will be used.
02 Heater and power: the room size and materials help determine the right heater. Electrical requirements belong in the early planning stage.
03 Ventilation: plan the air supply and extraction from the outset.
04 Materials and lighting: consider how every surface and light source will work within the sauna environment.
