External fixation (ilizarov) for treatment of forearm fractures are technically difficult cases for the surgeon because of the presence of nerves, tendons and blood vessels surrounding the forearm, and it is also difficult for the patient during the rehabilitation period so that we can maintain a full range of movement . We could be a source of happiness for the patient that he can fully practice his daily life activities without any obstacles.

من الحالات الصعبة جدا تقنيا لتثبيت كسر بمفصل الكوع، الميزه الحقيقية هنا هي استخدام المريض للطرف العلوي ومفصل الكوع تدريجيا في وجود جهاز الاليزراف.
