PLACEBO ⛴️ A one of a kind inspired by this heavily edited photo that almost tricks you into thinking it’s real, with the beauty of it secretly giving you a little dopamine rush. I’d almost expect to see this creative interpretation of the docks in a little gallery on one of those busy side streets in a French village.

This colorway starts out with a base of light denim blue that serves as the best canvas for these rich pops of cobalt, electric purple, sea green, and cyan! It’s a perfect palette for summer that just begs to be a poolside cast on, and maybe even featured in a project that has a bit of marling to pair with the tonal being released tomorrow. 👀💙

MEDITERRANEAN 🩵 Inspired by those unreal coastal blues of subtle color movement from sapphire to aqua that feel different every time the light hits them, as each shade melts into the next.

A huge reason why I can’t stop looking at this one is because it features the softest variation (yes, complete with surprise micro speckles 😏) that has an iridescent glow about it, making it such a fun splash of color!

While traveling along the Riviera, I couldn’t get over how the water seemed to change constantly — deep and shadowy near the boats, and bright aqua where the sun hit. Whether we were walking along the harbor or catching little glimpses of the sea between buildings, that layered blue stopped me every time.

PERIWINKLE LACE ✨ A romantic, airy tonal that’s my perfect shade of periwinkle (ya know — not too blue, not too purple 😌) that feels subtle, but not beyond making a statement.

I love to restock it every chance I get, but this time I wanted to give it a little glow up since I was after a bit more consistency with extra micro speckles — all while keeping that impeccable shine. It’s totally one of my favorite colors, so I couldn’t resist adding it to the collection, and I have to say it adds so much charm to the palette as a whole.

You’ve probably heard of the Queen Anne’s Lace flower, but did you know that a periwinkle version exists? The blue lace flower is native to Australia and is a flower I hope to see one day when I adventure over to that part of the world. 🙃

SECRET GARDEN ⛲️ A mix of mossy greens and pops of magenta that balance depth with vibrancy, inspired by the lush hidden courtyards we visited that had me feeling so inspired to take up gardening this season!

I wanted Secret Garden to feel rich, romantic, and just a little mysterious, like discovering somewhere beautiful you were never expecting to find. I think this paired with a few of the new darker or more green tonals would be so perfect for the end of summertime going into autumn, as that transition calls for something this saturated. Speckles of rose red, cobblestone, mint, sunshine yellow, periwinkle, and a hint of orange make this a one of a kind full of complexity. I love this colorway on every base, but the Cloud skeins blended all the speckles in such a magical way that it can’t help but be my favorite. ✨

CHARDONNAY 🥂 Is it just me, or does this colorway feel like a bold whisper?

I love how it feels so fresh and polished, making this the perfect pop-of-color to add to any fit, or to pair with a richer shade in the same color family for a monochromatic look! (Deep olive green, anyone?!) Since it’s such a low-contrast tonal, I feel like this would be perfect in any design with lots of dramatic cables or texture, since I anticipate the stitch definition being so on point.

Chardonnay features a softly faded shade of olive green, with smooth notes of a lime-pear hue and a touch of chartreuse for that lovely crisp feel — giving it the potential of becoming that WIP you always reach for. 😌

DÉJÀ VU ✨ Inspired by the touches of eucalyptus blue we kept seeing everywhere in France — weathered, colorful, and somehow more charmingly familiar each time we turned the corner. A romantic take on the everyday and the quiet beauty of seeing the same little details over and over until they become a core memory from the trip itself.

The most magical part about this tonal for me is the way it keeps you guessing whether it’s blue, green, or gray, which only proves its versatility.

NIGHTLIFE 🎆 A nod to Barcelona, if ever there was one. I can’t even describe to y’all my love for this speckled colorway and am low-key crushed it’s a one of a kind that I only dyed one set of, but you better believe there’s a sweater quantity sitting in my stash right now. 😏

The base is literally the perfect shadowed sage gray, making it the most elevated basic a girl could want. It has speckles of such a saturated royal blue, electric raspberry pink, and yellow that morphs from mellow to neon depending on the placement, with some surprise sections of mint that pop up here and there! I can’t wait to share with y’all the sock set combo I put together featuring this colorway because the pairing is truly something special. 🫶🏻

PROVENCE 🍆 A dark, velvety aubergine purple, inspired by the fields that turn into hanging sachets of dried lavender and the dusty brown paths that somehow remind me of the trend you see everywhere of pairing lavender with chocolate brown. I feel like this colorway is a mashup of that look, and I’m SO here for it. 👏🏻

This is one of the most multifaceted purples I’ve ever created and is the perfect shade of fig, with some smoky olivewood undertones making it feel like a go-to neutral. With the scent of lavender being unmistakably calming, I wanted to create a shade that matched that in every way. This scenic old-world feel also reminds me so vividly of our trip last summer to Puglia, Italy, where we got to start our mornings by biking to the local café and passing the most incredible scenic overlooks.

TERRACE 🧡 Our Airbnb in Nice will forever live rent-free in my mind, and most of that is due to the hours I spent on our terrace simply knitting with the sun on my face, surrounded by a sea of terracotta roofs. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the cute succulents and cactuses that surrounded me — also in terracotta pots to complete the vibes. 😌

The color itself brings to mind baked clay, faded coral, and rooftop warmth, which come together in the ultimate coppery rose hue. I might’ve taken the liberty of adding a bit more pink than the theme called for, but I couldn’t help myself because I was going for an altogether earthy, sun-washed, and lived-in shade — to hopefully make you feel right at home.

FLÂNERIE 🎨 Because sometimes the best part of travel is simply wandering. I’m always so inspired by the unplanned turns of adventure where you find the prettiest street by accident, letting the day unfold because you have nowhere to be in a hurry — complete with warm pastries. As our trip to France was at the beginning of my third trimester of pregnancy, we definitely embraced this form of travel and loved every minute of it. 🙃

As y’all know, I have been obsessed with this shade of melon lately, and I just had to feature it in a base coat of one of my new speckled colorways. I’m totally in love with the results! 🥹 Speckles of bright pink, juniper green, lemon yellow, aubergine, berry purples, and mint work so well together in the most summery way!
