What if the hardest part of your fertility journey isn’t only what’s happening in your body… but that somewhere along the way, you stopped believing in it?
When J came to me at 38, after secondary infertility and IVF hadn’t worked out, we had a lot of physical work to do.
Inflammation. Nutrition. Blood sugar. Hormones. Gut health. Nutrient density.
But there was another transformation happening at the same time.
She had lost faith in her body and in herself.
And after months or years of disappointment, this happens to so many women.
You become afraid to hope.
You start believing that your age, your AMH, a diagnosis or a failed cycle is somehow predicting your future.
This is why my work has never been about simply giving women a fertility protocol.
There is a WOMAN inside this fertility journey.
J did the physical work. She did the emotional work. She allowed herself to be challenged. And slowly, she started believing in herself again.
Today she has 2 beautiful, healthy children. ❤️
And of everything she said to me, this is what stayed with me:
“You helped me believe in myself. I’ll carry that forever in my heart.”
THIS is why I do what I do.
If you’ve lost faith in your body and you’re ready for a different kind of fertility support, DM me BELIEVE. ❤️
Yes, I’m sweaty 😂 I literally just walked out of a hot yoga class… but I couldn’t wait to share this message.
Because I had a conversation with one of my clients today that stayed with me.
She’s finally pregnant after a long fertility journey.
And instead of feeling only joy, she’s scared.
Scared to celebrate too much.
Scared to trust it.
Scared of the next appointment.
Scared of all the “what ifs.”
And if you’ve fought hard to get pregnant, that fear can make so much sense.
Your mind remembers what it took to get here. It’s trying to protect you.
So instead of fighting it, acknowledge it.
“Thank you for trying to protect me.”
And then come back to what is true today:
✨ I am pregnant today.
✨ I get to experience this today.
✨ I can allow myself to feel gratitude today.
And little by little, see if you can transform some of that fearful energy into excitement.
Not only excitement about your baby.
Excitement about YOU.
The woman you’re becoming.
The mother you want your baby to meet.
The version of you that is growing right alongside them. ❤️
You don’t have to predict the future to allow yourself to experience today.
If you’re pregnant after a long fertility journey and you know exactly what I’m talking about, comment READY ❤️
Your ovaries are important. But they are not working alone. 👇🏼
Fertility is a whole body conversation.
Your brain.
Your thyroid.
Your metabolism.
Your immune system.
Your blood sugar.
Your nervous system.
Your sleep.
Your nutrition.
Your stress response.
And yes, even the patterns running beneath the surface.
Your thoughts, beliefs and subconscious associations can influence how you experience and respond to stress. Your nervous system is constantly integrating signals from your internal and external environment.
That does not mean you can “think yourself pregnant,” or that infertility is caused by stress.
It means reproductive biology exists within a much larger system.
This is why I don’t want to know only your AMH, follicle count or cycle length.
I want to know how you sleep.
How you nourish yourself.
How you recover.
How your body responds to stress.
What you believe about your body.
Whether you spend your days in a constant state of urgency, fear and pressure.
Because your ovaries are not operating inside a laboratory.
They’re operating inside YOU.
And sometimes the most powerful fertility work begins by supporting the whole environment around them. ❤️
I’m Sonia Ribas, fertility coach.
DM me WHOLE BODY and I’ll tell you what I look at beyond the reproductive system when supporting fertility.
Your body is adapting every single day.
Not just to the big things.
To the small things you repeat over and over again.
The meals you eat.
The sleep you get.
The stress you carry.
The way you move.
The thoughts you rehearse.
The way you speak to yourself.
Your body is constantly gathering information and responding to it.
That doesn’t mean lifestyle determines every fertility outcome.
But it does mean your daily choices can shape the internal environment where your hormones, eggs, and reproductive system are doing their work.
This is why I don’t start by asking:
“How do we get you pregnant?”
I start by asking:
What signals is your body receiving every day?
Because when we change the signals, we often change the environment.
And that’s where transformation begins.
✨ Your body is always listening.
What are you teaching it today?
DM me SIGNALS and I’ll send you the first daily signals I help my fertility clients focus on.

They told you you were infertile
But what if that isn’t the full story?
After more than 15 years helping women on their fertility journeys, I’ve noticed something...
The women who became moms weren’t always the ones with the “best” diagnosis.
PCOS.
Low AMH.
Endometriosis.
Failed IVF.
“Unexplained.”
Those are diagnoses.
They are not your identity.
Because fertility isn’t just about a diagnosis.
It’s about whether your body has what it needs to thrive.
That means looking beyond the label and asking better questions.
✨ Egg quality.
✨ Blood sugar.
✨ Inflammation.
✨ Thyroid health.
✨ Mitochondrial function.
✨ Sleep.
✨ Nutrition.
✨ Stress.
Your body isn’t asking,
“How do I become pregnant?”
It’s asking,
“Do I have what I need?”
That question changed the way I understand fertility.
And it’s changed the lives of more than 700 families I’ve had the privilege of supporting.
If you’ve been told your diagnosis is the end of your story...
I hope this reminds you that it doesn’t have to be.
**DM me FERTILITY** and let’s discover what your body may be asking for.
❤️ Sonia
Your Fertility Has Never Been Random.
Your body isn’t waking up each month and making random decisions.
It isn’t trying to make conception harder.
It isn’t working against you.
It’s adapting.
Every irregular cycle.
Every hormone imbalance.
Every symptom.
Every missed ovulation.
Your body is responding to the environment it’s living in and the signals it’s receiving.
The problem is that we’ve been taught to see symptoms as the enemy.
I see them as information.
Because when you stop asking,
“How do I get rid of this symptom?”
and start asking,
“Why is my body making this adaptation?”
everything changes.
You stop fighting your body.
You start understanding it.
And when you understand it, you can begin supporting it in the way it has been asking for all along.
That’s the philosophy behind everything I teach.
Not chasing symptoms.
Understanding biology.
DM me UNDERSTAND if you’re ready to see your fertility through a completely different lens. 💛
Your body is communicating with you every single day.
Not just through your fertility, but through your energy, sleep, digestion, cravings, skin, mood, and cycle.
These aren’t random inconveniences.
They’re information.
So many women have been taught to ignore symptoms or simply manage them, when often they’re clues that deserve to be understood.
I don’t believe your body is working against you.
I believe it’s trying to get your attention.
And when you start listening instead of fighting it, everything changes.
If you’re trying to conceive, don’t just ask, “How do I get pregnant?”
Ask, “What has my body been trying to tell me?”
That question can change the entire journey.
Follow me for a different approach to fertility. One that starts by understanding your body, not blaming it. 💛
Most women are taught to see symptoms as something to fight.
I see them as something to understand.
Because your body is always communicating.
An irregular cycle, low energy, acne, cravings, poor sleep, digestive issues… these aren’t just inconveniences. They’re clues that can help us ask better questions about what your body may need.
That doesn’t mean every symptom has a simple answer. But it does mean they’re worth paying attention to, not just covering up and hoping they disappear.
This is the approach I take with every woman I work with.
Not chasing symptoms.
Understanding the body that’s creating them.
Because when you understand the message, you can make more informed decisions about how to support your health and fertility.
DM me MESSAGE if you’re ready to start listening to what your body has been trying to tell you. 💛
If you’ve been told you have “unexplained infertility,” I want you to hear this.
I don’t believe that label should be where your story ends.
Sometimes medicine genuinely doesn’t have all the answers yet. But too often, “unexplained” simply means we haven’t looked deep enough.
Have we looked at inflammation?
Blood sugar and metabolic health?
Nutrient deficiencies?
Sleep?
Stress and nervous system regulation?
Environmental toxins?
Your partner’s health?
Fertility is influenced by so many interconnected systems. When we only focus on reproductive organs, we can miss the bigger picture.
For over 15 years, I’ve helped women uncover pieces of the puzzle that were never addressed, even after being told everything looked “normal.”
Because your body is always communicating.
Our job is to learn how to listen.
If you’ve been told your infertility is unexplained, I’d love to help you explore what may have been overlooked.
DM me EXPLORE. 💛
Everyone celebrates the positive pregnancy test.
And of course, it’s a beautiful moment.
But I believe we need to think bigger.
The goal isn’t just getting pregnant.
It’s becoming the healthiest version of yourself so your body is supported before conception, throughout pregnancy, during postpartum, and for the many years of motherhood that follow.
When we shift the focus from chasing a test… to building health…
everything changes.
That’s the philosophy behind everything I teach inside The Fertility Solution.
Because fertility isn’t just about creating a pregnancy.
It’s about creating the healthiest foundation possible for you and your future baby.
💛 DM me MISSION if this is the kind of fertility journey you want too.
