Next level support for 6 & 7-figure female CEOs

I care whether you can close your laptop because closing it and actually switching off are two completely different things.

You can walk away from the desk, put your phone down and tell everybody you’re finished for the day, while still carrying the entire bloody business around inside your head.

You’re remembering the email that needs sending.

Wondering whether somebody followed up with that lead.

Thinking about the client who is waiting for an answer.

Realising the team cannot move forward until you make another decision.

Trying to remember where you saved the information somebody will inevitably ask you for tomorrow.

Your laptop might be closed, but YOU are still very much at work.

And yes, your business is doing well. You have clients, sales, offers, a team and plenty happening behind the scenes.

That doesn’t automatically mean it is working well for you.

If everything still depends on your memory, your decisions, your follow-up and your ability to notice what everybody else has missed, you never properly get to leave.

This is why I care so much about what is happening behind the scenes of a business.

The systems, funnels, automations, client journeys, plans and processes are not there to make everything look beautifully organised inside a folder nobody opens.

They are there so the right things happen without you having to remember, chase, explain or rescue them every single time.

They are there so your team can find what they need and keep moving.

They are there so your clients receive the experience you promised them.

And they are there so you can close your laptop without mentally taking the entire business into the kitchen, the school run, the shower and your bloody bed with you.

You have already proved that you can build a successful business by carrying all of it.

Now we need to build the version that doesn’t require all of you, all of the time.

I currently have space for one new client who needs somebody to get inside the business, see the whole picture and help carry the responsibility for making it work.

Comment SECOND BRAIN and let’s talk. 🔥

You hired support because you were already at capacity.

You didn’t hire someone because you were desperate to spend MORE time creating task lists, recording Loom videos, answering questions, explaining every decision and checking whether the work had actually been finished.

But somehow, that’s exactly what happened.

Instead of creating more space inside your business, you added another person who needs access to everything currently stored inside your head.

And transferring all of that information takes time you do not bloody have.

So the work keeps coming back to you.

You make the plan. You decide what happens next. You break it into tasks. You explain how to do them. You answer the questions. You check the result.

Then you wonder why hiring support hasn’t made your life feel any easier.

The problem isn’t that you’re incapable of delegating. You’re bloody brilliant at getting things done, which is exactly how your business reached this point.

But the next stage cannot depend on you continuing to be the strategy, task manager, operations department, quality control and emergency backup for absolutely everything.

When I come into a business, I want to understand where we’re going, what is getting in the way and what needs to happen next.

I can take the messy idea, follow the thread, create the plan and carry the work through without handing the thinking straight back to you.

Because proper support should remove work from your brain too.

If you’re ready to stop managing the person you hired to make your life easier, DM me SECOND BRAIN. I currently have space for one new client.

If you hire me, I’m not spending the first 30 days waiting for you to create a perfectly organised task list.

You don’t have time for that.

And if you had the headspace to document every process, explain every decision, record 47 Loom videos and manage another person’s workload, you probably wouldn’t need this level of support in the first place.

So I start by learning how YOU think.

I want to know what you’re trying to grow, what keeps getting delayed, which parts of the business take far too much time and what you’re still doing manually because nobody else has properly taken responsibility for it.

And when I say I, I mean ME.

I’m not selling you my experience and then passing you over to a VA while I sit in the background “checking in.”

I’m the person learning your business, getting inside your systems, creating the plan, spotting what’s missing and carrying out the work.

I look at the whole business.

I follow the customer journey from the first piece of content to the final point of delivery. I review the funnels, emails, automations, launches, offers, systems and client experience.

I find where things are stuck, where opportunities are being missed and where the business is being held together by your memory and your ability to figure sh*t out at the last possible second.

Then we decide what needs fixing now, rebuilding properly, automating, handing over or ditching completely.

And here’s the important part:

I don’t give you my findings and leave you with another massive list.

I start doing the work.

By the end of the first 30 days, I understand where we’re going, you know what I’m taking responsibility for and the business is already moving without you personally pushing every single piece forward.

That is how we build the kind of trust that means you can hand something to me and STOP THINKING ABOUT IT.

You’ve carried the whole business alone for long enough.

I have space for ONE new client who is ready to stop being the entire backend of her business.

DM me SECOND BRAIN and let’s talk.

I think I’ve fit approximately a month into this week.

But hey... I’m Sian. That’s what I do. 😂

Since I got back from London, I’ve been ON.

Creating for my own business.
Building for clients.
Planning with clients.
Making decisions.
Getting things out of people’s heads and into actual plans, funnels, emails, automations and whatever else needs to exist to make the bloody thing WORK.

While also doing the final few days of summer with Nicolae.

Then Monday we got the school materials list.. for Wednesday (obviously 😂).

Tuesday was our last day off together. Haircut, school prep, everything sorted, while approximately 72% of my brain was still inside client plans.

And Wednesday morning, he got on his bike, went happily into school, and I came home to a FULL WORKING DAY.

Which feels mildly dangerous considering how much I managed to get done without one. 😂

But actually, this week has reminded me of something I probably don’t talk about enough.

This is what I’m really fu***ng good at.

I can hold a LOT.

I can come into a business with 47 moving pieces, half-finished ideas, things that need building, things that need fixing and a founder who doesn’t have the capacity to keep thinking about all of it...

and I can get my head around it.

I can work out what matters.

I can make the plan.

And then I can actually execute it.

You don’t need to organise everything beautifully before you bring me in.

You don’t need to figure out exactly what needs doing so you can hand me a task list.

That’s the point.

Bring me the business.
Bring me the mess.
Bring me the “Sian, I know we need to sort this but I genuinely do not have the brain space.”

And let me handle it.

I have space for ONE new client.

If you’re ready to stop being the only person carrying the whole bloody thing, book a call with me.

Let’s get me inside your business and get s**t moving. 🔥

Reply to three emails.

Put a wash on.

Empty the dishwasher.

Find the thing I put somewhere safe.

Check one client workflow.

Make coffee.

Drink coffee.

Remember I made coffee.

Answer WhatsApp.

Put shoes on Nicolae.

Find Nicolae’s other shoe.

Quickly change one tiny thing in GHL.

Realise the tiny thing has somehow become six things.

Look at the clock.

HOW IS IT NOW 14 MINUTES LATER?

😂😂😂

I genuinely never learn.

There is apparently a very optimistic woman living inside my brain who thinks every task takes approximately 90 seconds and traffic does not exist.

She has been wrong for 44 years.

I continue to trust her.

Anyone else? 😂

Anyway, if you enjoy business, motherhood and the occasional wildly unrealistic assessment of what can be achieved in 17 minutes, you should probably follow me.

There’s plenty more where this came from. 😂

I genuinely LOVE September.

I love the back-to-school feeling of it all, even though I haven’t personally been to school since dinosaurs roamed the earth.

New routines.

Summer is basically over.

Everyone’s back.

Business starts moving again.

And my brain immediately goes: RIGHT… LFG! 😂

I’ve got things I want to build.

Things I want to sell.

Ideas I want to actually DO something with instead of leaving them sitting in my Notes app for six months.

Clients to support.

New clients I want to work with.

Content I want to create.

A Substack I apparently decided to start because clearly I was suffering from an alarming shortage of things to do.

😂

And then September itself arrives like:

FABULOUS. HERE ARE 847 OTHER THINGS.

School.
Clubs.
Life.
Appointments.
Admin.
Emails.
WhatsApps.
Telegram.

Things I forgot in August. Things OTHER PEOPLE forgot in August and have now remembered.

And somebody somewhere saying:

“Just a quick one…”

IT IS NEVER A QUICK ONE.

😂😂😂

So yes, I’m excited and I’m motivated.

I have plans, and I’m so READY for them!

I would just also like September to maybe stop adding side quests while I’m trying to complete the main storyline.

Anyway.

September has barely started and apparently we’re doing this at full speed. 😂

I’ve got a LOT planned for the next four months… business, life, things I’m building, things I’m selling and probably several ideas I haven’t even had yet.

So if you like your business content with actual expertise, a bit of life in Spain and significantly more swearing than LinkedIn recommends…

FOLLOW ALONG.

Let’s see what I can do with the rest of 2026. 🔥
