1st upper and lower molar alveolar socket after « atraumatic » extraction before immediate implantation, septum, Bucal plate and papillas are maintained intact to enhance uneventful healing!! Simplification of implant treatment starts at the extraction time !! Preservation of nature always better that reconstruction of nature !!

SSA concept is an immediate implant approach for 🦷. A customized healing abutment is fabricated at the time of extraction & implantation. can be done in a cost efficient manner manually or digitally if the clinic is digitally equipped. Any type of material can be used... in this case we used a peek milled abutment which is a great option with regards to biocompatibility and ease of milling.

Surgical treatement Strategy: type 1C (placement & Delayed loading (3 Months) Straumann Implant, TL WN 4.8X10 GBR : Xenograft (Cerabone, Botiss)
SSA fabrication :
Per-op Digital impression (omnicam) and Milled peek abutment Bonded on ti-base
Prosthetic treatment:
CAD-CAM Monolithic Zirconia (Katana, Noritake), bonded on Tibase
