Thirst isn’t always a reliable warning sign — especially for the people we least want to get it wrong for. 💧
In this week’s video I’m talking about hydration in warm weather, and three groups worth keeping a closer eye on:
👵 Older people — thirst sensation naturally reduces with age
🧒 Kids — too busy playing to stop and drink
🤒 Anyone unwell — fluids matter even more than usual
Little and often is the way to go. And a simple “have you had enough water today?” costs nothing.
