Tips & Advice π Charging Crystals π with the Mercury Retrograde. This begins 29/06 to 23/07β¦.2026.
Crystals conduct and enhance specific energy dependent on the crystal.
If you think of them like gold. It is used to conduct electricty effeciently. We choose crystals for the Energy they are in harmonic vibration with. The crystal will also choose you because it resonates with your energy vibration in order to heal by raising the frequency and vibration of your chi ( Life force energy)
Remember; Crystals are already charged. Puting them under the Energy of the moon cleanses away interfearing energy ( attachments ) that may have tainted the crystal.
Do it any time without worry of damaging the crystal. It does what it does regarless of ambient energy around at the time.
Opinions may vary but these are my findings π«Ά

While it sounds counterintuitive, drinking hot tea on a hot day can be surprisingly effective for cooling off;
Tea rituals are intentional, often meditative, practices of preparing and consuming tea, designed to promote mindfulness, harmony, and connection βοΈ
Originating in China and Japan, key traditions include the Chinese Gongfu ceremony (precise brewing for flavor)Japanese Chado (matcha, focus on grace)Moroccan mint tea (hospitality), and British Afternoon Tea (socializing) π€

When asked what is holistic therapy:
Holistic healing means 'treating the whole person'- β¨body, β¨mind β¨soul.
This entails looking at both the physical and emotional state of the person and their lifestyle.
The body is treated as an integrated whole in the understanding that when one system is out of order, every other system is affected. This is a very different approach from treating symptoms and parts of the body in isolation, which often results in the root cause of the problems remaining untreated. In these cases, the patient never really becomes well, and often progresses to suffer yet more disorders.
Our bodies have remarkable abilities to heal themselves. In fact, the body likes to be well and does everything possible to reduce inflammation, rid itself of disease and restore balance, which is why a holistic approach is important. It supports the body's natural ability to heal through addressing the emotional and psychological aspects of illness as well as the physical symptoms.
True good health means functioning at an optimal level in body, mind and spirit. A well individual is one who is happy, healthy and whole, and who perceives his or her life as one with meaning and purpose.
Everything that is alive pulsates with energy, and all this energy contains information. While it is not surprising that practitioners of complementary medicine accept this concept quite readily, those outside the field may find it harder to come to terms with.
Nevertheless, it is worth noting that some physicists acknowledge the existence of an electromagnetic field generated by the biological process of the body. Some spiritual teachings also refer to the 'etheric body', which is represented by a balance in the 'energy fields'.
While Reiki, Crystal Healing, Massage & Reflexology can provide relief for many physical and emotional ailments, it is essential to understand its limitations, as it is not a miracle cure, rather prevention, management and relief to and sometimes part of the journey of recovery β€οΈβπ©Ή which is why it is essentially a complementary treatment. For diagnosis and cure you will need to see a Doctor.

Hereβs some history for you to indulge on if youβre bored;
Pagan traditions are traditionally depicted in tall pyramidal hats; the better to 'catch' energy for their craft and spells.
The shape was also used in the past for the dunce's cap, which was thought to have been administered in an attempt to bring energy and focus to a dull or distracted brain.
The representation of the pyramid as a channel of energy appears in many cultures. The ancient Egyptians always placed their dead within the structure of a pyramid in order of importance, with a king or queen at the top of the pyramid, other relatives further down and the slaves and lowly workers at the very base. The classic church spire of Christianity mimics the shape of a pyramid and is thought to have been included in the design to encourage an atmosphere of peace, calm and spirituality.
The Incas
Some theorists also believe that a certain form of reflexology was passed down to the Native Americans by the Incas of South America. The Cherokee people are certainly known to apply a type of pressure therapy to the feet, often using wooden probes to work on the reflex points in order to unblock energy pathways and restore balance in the body.
Zonal Pathways
Dr William Fitzgerald founded 'zone therapy' in the early 20th Century, which laid the groundwork for modern reflexology. He was an American ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist and his theory suggested that the body could be divided into vertical zones, and that by applying pressure to specific points withi zones, you would be able to alleviate pain.
From Zone Therapy to Reflexology
Eunice D. Ingham, often referred to as the
'Mother of Modern Reflexology' was fascinated by the concept of zone therapy and in the early 1930s started developing her foot reflex theory.
She had the opportunity to treat hundreds of patients, carefully and thoughtfully checking and re-checking each reflex point until she was able to determine with confidence that the reflexes on the feet are an exact mirror image of the organs, functions and structures of the human body.
Whereas zone therapy relied solely on the zones to identity the area to be worked, reflexology isolated specific areas within the zones that would stimulate particular parts of the body. Her first book was published in 1938 and was later translated into several languages, spreading the benefits of reflexology beyond the shores of the United States of America (USA). Her book proved popular, and she was called upon to speak at numerous health workshops and travelled around the country giving lectures and book reviews.
Reflexology and the World
In the late 1950s, Dwight Byers, who is Ingham's nephew, studied reflexology under her direction and began teaching at workshops on a full-time basis. Seven years later they became responsible for the continued teaching of reflexology under the banner of the International Institute of Reflexology.
He has ensured that Ingham's undisputable contributions to the world of reflexology are well documented, and Ingham was convinced right to the end of her life that reflexology could aid in easing the suffering of humanity.
Her main beliefs were:
β’ The reflexes on the feet are a mirror image of all the organs, glands and parts belonging to the body. The right foot contains all the reflexes to the organs on the right side of the body and the left foot represents the body's left side.
β’ When there is a problem with a body part, the corresponding reflexes in the feet will reveal sensitivity when pressure is applied.
Working through these reflexes brings about changes in the body and consequentiv a reduction of symptoms, as well as in the sensitivity of the reflexes.
β’ By applying a deep alternating pressure, a stimulating effect occurs, which is distributed through the zones of the body. This is in contrast to the local anaesthetic effect demonstration by Dr Fitzgerald when he applied constant direct pressure by the use of clamps or bands.
β’ Reflexology can be of great benefit in relieving all the stress-related disorders in the modern world and can be used for all
age groups.
Today, reflexology is one of the most popular forms of complementary or holistic medicine and is embraced in many countries worldwide for its ability to improve both mental and physical health and relaxation. A large part of its attraction is also the simplicity and harmlessness of the treatment. All you need are two healing hands and the relevant knowledge to be able to make a difference.
