I am a mobile mehndi artist (henna artist) based in Birmingham with over 12years of experience within this field. I can do all sorts of events, such as: Charity functions, Chand Raat, Eid, Diwali, Karva Chawth, Bridal, Weddings, Mehndi, Sangeet, etcetc. I specialise in various techniques including; Arabic, Traditional Asian, Contemporary, Aztec and Arbitrary Patterns (e.g small butterflie

I design the majority of the patterns. Also, when requested, I can also imitate images of other designs to high standard. All the homemade henna used, including black henna, is natural as possible to reduce any risk of reactions. This means that when the henna is applied onto skin, it will have a lighter colour at first and gradually build a deeper colour throughout the day. The colour also depends on the temperature of the person so results do vary. (I do refrain from applying this on those who have had or have any form of allergies in general and/or a reaction to the paste before.) Black henna is used at a small cost of only £1 more than the standard henna prices. I will be making everything myself unless something goes wrong last minute, in which case I shall be using a popular ready made henna cone for effective results. Prices start from:
Standard henna ~ £1+
Black henna ~ £2+
Coloured henna ~ £1+ (Used for embellishment)
Bookings must be sorted for 1 week in advance. This allows preparation time on my part as mixing all the ingredients and testing requires sufficient time.
