Hi everyone🤍 Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no shows, I’ll be introducing a cancellation policy for all appointments.
A non-refundable £10 deposit will be required when booking, and I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments without notice will be charged a 50% no show fee.
This helps protect my time as a small business and allows me to continue providing the best service possible for all my clients🫶
