I completely understand.
One of the questions I’ve been asked about the Italy retreat is:
“What if I’m travelling on my own?”
The truth is, many of the women who come on retreats arrive by themselves. It can feel a little daunting booking something like this, especially if you’ve never done it before.
But here’s what I’ve seen time and time again…
The women who arrive feeling nervous often leave with new friendships, wonderful memories and a sense of confidence they didn’t have before.
Before the retreat, I’ll create a group chat so everyone can connect, get to know each other and coordinate travel plans if they’d like to. You’re never expected to figure everything out on your own.
Retreats aren’t just about yoga, relaxation and beautiful surroundings. They’re about connection, feeling supported and stepping outside your comfort zone in a safe and welcoming space.

One of the questions I’ve been asked about our Italy Retreat is:
“I’ve done some yoga before, but I have limited mobility. Will the yoga be suitable for me?”
The answer is yes. 💛
My classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming, whatever your experience level. I always encourage you to work with your body, take modifications when needed, and do what feels right for you.
This retreat isn’t about perfect poses or being the most flexible person in the room.
It’s about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, moving in a way that feels good, and giving yourself permission to rest.
We’ll enjoy a beautiful mix of:

lot of the conversations I’ve been having recently have been less about “what should I do?”
and more about “I don’t know how to fit everything in.”
Time, energy, headspace… it all feels stretched.
And I completely get it.
One of the things I’ve been exploring in coaching is how small shifts can make things feel a little more manageable again — not perfect, just lighter.
Even something as simple as noticing where your energy is going each day can be really powerful.
It’s been lovely to see how much clarity can come from just being heard and having space to think out loud.

Something I’ve really noticed lately, both in yoga and in coaching sessions, is how much women are carrying.
Work, family, expectations, responsibilities… and often very little time for themselves in the middle of it all.
And yet when we slow down, even slightly, things can start to shift.
Not everything needs fixing.
Sometimes it’s just about creating enough space to breathe again, so you can hear yourself think.
That’s what I love about both yoga and coaching — they both create that pause

Over the past week I’ve been offering some coaching practice sessions as I build up my hours.
What’s been really interesting is how many conversations have circled around the same feeling.
Overwhelm.
Busy minds, full diaries, endless things to think about, and never quite feeling like there’s enough time in the day.
Not because people are doing anything wrong… just life being a lot.
It’s made me think how rarely we actually get space to stop and ask ourselves:
“what do I need right now?”
Sometimes that alone changes everything.

Abruzzo, Italy Retreat 2027 ✨

I’m so excited to begin sharing a little more about the retreat I’m planning for next May.
Set in the beautiful region of Abruzzo, this will be a gentle, nourishing week designed for women who need space to pause, reset and reconnect with themselves.
The retreat will include:

🌿 Relaxation & rest
🌿 Vegetarian/vegan meals
🌿 Two local trips
🌿 Use of the pool, sauna & hot tub

The retreat is £795 per person, with a £200 deposit required to secure your place.
Honestly, the vision for this retreat was born from my own experience in Italy this month and how deeply healing it felt to be surrounded by supportive women in such a beautiful setting 🤍

Ever since coming home from Italy, I can’t stop thinking about community ✨
There’s something incredibly powerful about women gathering together in a supportive space — sharing meals, conversations, movement, laughter and rest.
During the retreat I attended, I offered a few gentle yoga sessions and it reminded me how much I love holding space for women to soften, reconnect and simply be.
So… I’ve decided to start planning my own retreat in Abruzzo, Italy 🇮🇹🤍

I’m feeling incredibly grateful for my recent trip to Italy 🇮🇹✨
It reminded me how powerful it is when women come together 🤍
There was something so healing about the conversations over long dinners, the laughter, the honesty, and simply being surrounded by supportive women.
It mirrored so much of what we create in our classes — that same sense of connection, grounding and support — and I was lucky enough to offer a few gentle yoga sessions during the retreat I attended.
Something shifted in me out there 🇮🇹✨
I came home inspired to begin creating something special of my own…

There’s been a quiet shift happening in me lately ✨
Alongside yoga and sound healing, I’ve been stepping deeper into the world of coaching, somatics and holding space for women in a more meaningful way.
Not fixing.
Not forcing.
Just gently helping people come back to themselves.
The more I learn, the more I realise how much women are carrying — stress, pressure, overwhelm, disconnection — while still trying to hold everything together.
My journey into coaching feels less like starting something new… and more like coming home to the work I was always meant to do 🤍
To create spaces where women feel safe enough to soften.
To breathe.
To be seen.
To reconnect with who they are underneath all the noise.
I’m so excited to keep growing, learning and sharing this journey with you ✨

One of my favourite things about Monday classes is that nobody ever seems to want to rush off afterwards 🤍
This week we stayed for cake, chatting and laughing together long after class had finished.
And honestly… that’s what I love most.
Yes, yoga helps us stretch, breathe and relax — but there’s also something so healing about women coming together, feeling comfortable enough to stay, open up, laugh and simply be themselves.
It’s becoming more than a class.
It feels like a little community ✨
So grateful for these evenings and the lovely women in the room each week 🤍
