High-Protein Jelly Dessert

2 servings:â¨â˘ 182 caloriesâ¨â˘ 29g protein
đ Can also be split into 4 servings:â¨â˘ 91 caloriesâ¨â˘ 14.5g protein
Ingredients:â¨â˘ 200ml boiling waterâ¨â˘ 1 sachet sugar-free jellyâ¨â˘ 200g Greek yoghurtâ¨â˘ 50g protein powder (2 scoops â vanilla works great)
Method:â¨1ď¸âŁ Add jelly sachet to boiling waterâ¨2ď¸âŁ Mix until fully dissolvedâ¨3ď¸âŁ Add jelly mixture, Greek yoghurt & protein powder to blenderâ¨4ď¸âŁ Blend until smoothâ¨5ď¸âŁ Pour into serving dishesâ¨6ď¸âŁ Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or until set)
