I won’t tell you one LPG session will contour anything. That’s not how bodies work, and I’m not interested in selling you a promise I can’t back up. Stubborn areas are stubborn because of fat, fluid retention, skin quality and circulation, all working together against you.
One session can genuinely leave you feeling lighter and less puffy. It won’t undo years of that in sixty minutes. What actually creates change is consistency, which is why we talk about courses of treatment, not single miracle appointments. This is the bit most people miss.

A lot of body treatments work by forcing something to happen, heat, pressure, intensity, and hoping your body keeps up. LPG works differently.
