I’ve put together a course specifically for the skin concern I’m asked about most at the moment, sagging and loose skin following significant weight loss.
The Tighten and Renew Complete Course combines four sessions of microneedling with mesotherapy and LPG Endolift, designed to work together rather than as separate treatments. It also includes a lifting cream to support your skin between appointments.
The course is £680, against a total value of £764, a saving of £104. It’s built for skin that’s lost elasticity gradually and needs consistent support to rebuild, not a single quick fix, and it won’t be right for everyone. I’d rather tell you that upfront than oversell it to you.

If you’re planning treatments around a holiday, timing matters more than most people realise.
Peels and microneedling need at least a week either side of travel, and ideally three to four weeks before, so you’re actually seeing the results while you’re away.
Laser needs a shorter window, four days before flying and a week after you land.
LPG is the exception. It’s fine the day you fly or the day you get back, and it’s honestly a good one to book either side of a trip.

If you didn’t leave the house today, you might assume your skin’s had a day off from sun exposure. It hasn’t.
UV comes through windows and through cloud cover. It’s not about whether you were outside in direct sunshine, it’s about exposure across the whole day.
This is one of the things I explain over and over in clinic, especially to anyone working on pigmentation, because unprotected exposure is exactly what undoes the progress we’ve made.
