A client came to me grinding her teeth every night. Here's what I did about it 👇

If you've ever woken up with an aching jaw, headaches you can't explain, or caught yourself clenching without realising, you're not alone. Jaw clenching and teeth grinding (often called bruxism) is thought to affect a lot of adults, and it's often overlooked.

This client was dealing with exactly this; sore jaw, tooth pain, even tongue marks from grinding in her sleep. We treated the jaw muscle with a muscle-relaxing injectable treatment, which relaxes the muscle so it physically can't clench with the same force. Simple. No downtime.
