Just £35 per guest – no need for one person to pay for the whole group. Guests can pay individually on the day. (Minimum of 4 guests)

Each guest will enjoy a 30-minute treatment from the Glow Gathering Menu while everyone else catches up over coffee, cake or a cheeky glass of fizz.

Tonight’s Summer Ritual 🌿

Tonight’s ritual was created for the lovely Ali, who had spent the day busy working in people’s gardens — so the focus was all about soothing tired muscles, nourishing the skin and helping her completely switch off. 🤍

I chose Soothe The Senses Luxury Body Oil for its nourishing blend of golden jojoba, macadamia, argan and apricot oils, leaving the skin soft and beautifully conditioned.

The calming frangipani, cedarwood and ylang-ylang aroma made it perfect for an evening treatment, finished with So Sleepy temple balm for that final sleepy touch. 😴

Massage uses pressure and flowing movements to work through those areas, helping to release muscular tension and encourage circulation.

Taking time to lie down, switch off and let someone else look after you can also give your nervous system a much-needed chance to slow down. 🤍

Will I fall asleep during a massage? Maybe 😴 Don’t worry, massage therapists take those sweet little snores and muscle twitches as a compliment!
