One of my lovely clients kindly gifted me these after I commented on how healthy and shiny her hair had been looking recently.

I’ve been taking them for at least two months now, and the difference in my own hair has been incredible. It feels healthier than it has in a long time!

I was also going through a phase where I was noticing a lot more hair coming out than usual, and I’ve personally found that this has improved. I’m not saying these stop hair loss, but I do believe that if your hair isn’t getting the nutrients it needs, it won’t be at its best.

I have naturally thick, wavy hair, and normally when I let it air dry it’s a complete frizz bomb! Lately though, it’s been drying so much smoother, shinier, and looking far healthier without me having to do anything to it.

I’m genuinely so impressed with the results that I’ve just ordered my next batch.
