If you believe in great things, great things will happen✨

Keep believing. Keep showing up. Keep trusting that what’s meant for you is still on its way.

Sometimes the first step is simply believing it’s possible 🤍

Every expert was once a beginner who had no idea what they were doing.

You don’t need to know everything before you start.
You just need to be willing to begin, learn, and keep going.

Start messy. Start scared. Start anyway. 🤍

Dear August,

Please be the beginning of something kinder, gentler, and softer for all of us 🌿🤍

Here’s to fresh starts, quiet growth, and beautiful new chapters 😌

July was full of little adventures, exciting opportunities, and a few goodbyes.

From conferences and brand events to slower weekends, coffee stops, and my final Pilates class in Dundee before moving back to Glasgow—it was one of those months that reminded me how quickly life changes. Excited for this next chapter, but definitely taking all the memories with me 🤍

If nobody has told you this today…

You can start again.

It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve fallen behind, made mistakes, or doubted yourself. What matters is that you don’t stop believing in the person you’re becoming.

Start again. Always. 🤍

Part 2: My favourite SCE Dermatology resources 📚✨

These are the resources I found most helpful during my revision. You definitely don’t need every textbook or question bank—choose a few good resources, use them consistently, and focus on understanding patterns rather than memorising isolated facts.

I hope this saves you some time (and money!) when deciding where to start💙

Which resource has helped you the most? Let me know below
