A little reminder about my salon policies✨

I want to thank all my lovely clients for your continued support! As many of you know I’ve always tried to be accommodating and understanding as possible when it comes to appointments. However recently I’ve found myself not enforcing my policy’s and with that loosing out on time and money.

Please have a look at my policy’s below before coming to your next appointment/ booking in. I hate hate hate to be stricter but this is my main income.

✨ CANCELLATION POLICY
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or clients arriving more than 15 minutes late, will have a £15 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

✨REMOVAL POLICY
- I only remove and soak off my own work. If you are booked in with me, please attend your appointment with bare nails unless I have previously applied your current set.
