Bestie, I’m not listening. I’m analysing your skin type 👀 🧴

The conversation is background noise.... I’m about to ask what you’ve had done 😅😅😅

I guess this is part of who I am now..

STOP. Before you book the treatment… read this 👇🏼

Your face isn’t a template.

So your treatment plan shouldn’t be either.
A full, holistic consultation is about looking at the whole picture your anatomy, skin, previous treatments, PMH, lifestyle, concerns, goals and most importantly, what will actually suit you.

Because sometimes…
💫The treatment you think you need isn’t the treatment you actually need.
💫 Less can achieve more.
💫 And sometimes, the right answer is “not yet.”

We don’t believe in treating for the sake of treating.
We believe in understanding first. Planning properly. Then treating with purpose.

Beautiful results don’t start with a needle, device or treatment room…
They start with a consultation. 🤍

WHY A MONTHLY FACIAL FOR BLEMISH, OILY and ACNE PRONE SKIN?

Think of your pores like tiny pipelines 🚿

🧴 1. OILY SKIN → MORE SEBUM
Excess sebum can mix with dead skin cells and contribute to clogged pores.

🫧 2. DEAD SKIN + SEBUM → CLOGGED PORES
This can lead to blackheads, whiteheads, inflammation and redness.

💫 3. REGULAR PROFESSIONAL CARE
A suitably tailored facial may help with surface oil, buildup and skin texture, using appropriate cleansing and exfoliating ingredients when suitable.

🛡️ 4. SUPPORT THE SKIN BARRIER
Acne prone skin shouldn’t be aggressively scrubbed or stripped. Gentle care and hydration helps reduce irritation.

🌿 5. CONSISTENCY MATTERS
A monthly facial can be a supportive part of a skincare routine, but it shouldn’t replace evidence based acne treatment.

So, why monthly?
Because regular professional skin assessment and appropriate treatments can help keep the routine consistent and allow the treatment to be adjusted as your skin changes and improves.

⚠️ Important: More aggressive does not equal better. Over-exfoliation, harsh scrubbing or squeezing spots can irritate acne prone skin and potentially worsen breakouts or increase scarring risk.

Healthy skin is the true foundation of beautiful makeup.

Luxury makeup doesn’t begin with foundation it begins with skincare.

When your skin is properly prepared, every product performs at its best.
Hydrated and balanced skin creates a smoother canvas, allowing makeup to blend effortlessly and last longer throughout the day.

Why prioritise your skin before makeup?
💫 Creates a naturally smooth, radiant base
💫 Helps makeup apply more evenly and seamlessly
💫 Improves wear time and reduces patchiness or creasing
💫 Supports your skin barrier, keeping your complexion healthy over time
💫Enhances your natural glow, so you need less makeup to achieve a flawless finish

Luxury isn’t about wearing more makeup it’s about caring for the skin beneath it.

Skin first. Makeup second. Confidence always.

There are some things I’ll happily invest in time and time again… not because they’re a luxury, but because of how they make me feel.

💫 Laser Hair Removal
An investment that gives you your time back. No more last minute shaving, fewer ingrown hairs and beautifully smooth skin with minimal maintenance. The upfront cost is soon forgotten when you realise how much time, money and effort you’ve saved in the long run.

💫 Microneedling
One of the most effective treatments for long-term skin health. By stimulating collagen and encouraging your skin to renew itself, microneedling improves texture, softens fine lines, refines pores and leaves your complexion looking naturally radiant. Healthy, glowing skin is always worth investing in.

💫 Monthly Facials (especially the week before your period)
Your skin deserves consistency, not just treatment when something goes wrong. Scheduling a facial before your menstrual cycle helps support your skin through hormonal changes, reducing congestion, calming inflammation and maintaining a healthy glow. Think of it as preventative skincare rather than corrective skincare.

💫 Ear Seeds (Acupressure) Ear seeds offer gentle, ongoing acupressure that many people use to support relaxation, better sleep, hormonal balance and stress management. As well as face contouring and assisting the lymphatic system.

💫 Cupping Therapy
Modern life leaves so many of us carrying tension without even realising it. Cupping encourages circulation, helps release tight muscles and creates a deep sense of relaxation that lingers long after the treatment has finished. It’s restorative, therapeutic and the perfect reset for both body and mind.

🌿 And finally... the one that costs absolutely nothing.
A daily walk.
Fresh air. Natural light. Gentle movement.

Because true wellness Is about investing wisely in yourself not always spending more

Your skin reflects more than your skincare routine it also reflects your daily habits. 🌿

💫 Sleep before 11: During deep sleep, your skin increases repair processes, supports collagen production, and strengthens its barrier.

🧠 Say no to unnecessary stress: Chronic stress raises cortisol levels, which can contribute to breakouts, inflammation, and slower skin healing.

💧 water vs. coffee: Starting your day hydrated supports your body’s normal functions, while caffeine is best enjoyed after you’ve had some water.

🛏️ Wash your pillowcase regularly: Oil, sweat, bacteria, makeup residue, and hair products can build up on fabric and come into contact with your skin night after night.

🤝 Ask for help instead of carrying everything alone: Reducing emotional overload can help lower stress, which may have a positive impact on overall skin health.

🤍 Spend time with people who don’t exhaust you: Healthy relationships can help reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and support habits that benefit both your body and your skin.

Great skin isn’t created by one miracle product. It’s the result of consistent skincare, balanced nutrition, quality sleep, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Your glow starts from within.

Broken record. Yes. Heard it before. Yes. Adhering to the protocol?!?! 🥲🫠🤨 …. SPF isn’t just for beach days it’s your skin’s daily defense against UV damage, premature aging, hyperpigmentation, and skin cancer.

Daily use of a broad spectrum SPF 30+ helps reduce your risk of skin cancer while protecting collagen, preventing fine lines, and preserving an even, healthy complexion.

Make sunscreen the final step in your morning skincare routine every day, rain or shine. Yea I will be back again with another SPF ted talk….
