We recently donated plants to help Alison, Kevin and their Polmont Together team with their beautiful Peace Garden ❤️

This incredible team of hard working volunteers have been transforming green spaces in Polmont (which holds a special place in our hearts ❤️) and have created the most beautiful Peace Garden ~ where people can visit, relax, switch off and remember loved ones ❤️

How fantastic is this 🤗. It was an absolute pleasure to donate some plants to help them 🌸🌼
