Braids by Ginger

Last year, I came to the Braiding Spotlight Competition in London as a competitor. This year, I came back to support the girls, meet fellow braiders and experience the event from a completely different perspective. ❤️

A huge thank you to all the organisers for creating this opportunity and, most importantly, for building a community for braiders. This is so important — bringing us together, spreading awareness of our profession and giving us a space to learn from and inspire each other.

There’s something really special about being surrounded by people who understand your work, appreciate what you do and share the same passion for turning creativity into beauty. ✨

So many new connections, new impressions, inspiration and, of course, another opportunity to grow in our profession.

Congratulations to every single participant for your hard work, dedication and for stepping out of your comfort zone to gain new experience. Taking part in a competition like this is already a big achievement, and you should all be proud of yourselves!
