We’ve crafted the most amazing head spa/blow dry treatment with Jess, who has 15+ years experience as a Hair Stylist and Head Spa Specialist 🫶🏼

All Spa Wash and Blows will be with her (so no understudy swapping in half way through!), and are infused with our Med Spa approach; of putting relaxing self care first.

We’re not a hair salon, so we’re doing things differently:

- A quiet, relaxing room just for you 🤍
- A 10-15 minute professional wash (instead of 3-5) 🫧
- Head Spa/Waterfall Halo rinse 🚿
- A high quality blow dry (with extras like curls) 💆🏼‍♀️
- Product upgrade options (like K18) 🧴
- Herbal/Green tea or water included ☕️
- Memberships available 🗓️

Jess is in Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and some memberships have already been set up for ongoing weekly bookings, so slots are already super limited.

One of the questions I’m asked most often is: “Why is it important to choose a registered nurse for your aesthetic treatments?”

For me, it comes down to one thing above all else: safety. 🤍

As a registered nurse, my training goes far beyond the treatment itself. I have an understanding of anatomy, physiology, patient care and how to recognise and manage potential complications; all of which are incredibly important when you’re treating someone’s face.

I don’t believe aesthetics should ever be about simply injecting or following a trend. It’s about understanding the individual in front of me, knowing when a treatment is appropriate (and when it isn’t), and making sure my clients feel safe and cared for throughout their journey.

I’m incredibly proud to be a nurse-led aesthetics practitioner, and I genuinely believe that who you choose to trust with your face matters.

For the first video in our PYC: In Depth series, I wanted to talk more about different lip filler techniques I like to use! 💉

When you come for lip filler at Perfectly You Co, the approach is never one-size-fits-all.

The technique(s) we use are determined by your anatomy, your facial structure and your desired results.

It’s vital that your aesthetic practitioner not only knows how to carry out different injection techniques, but when they are and are not appropriate for that particular client.

I also touch on the importance of understanding facial anatomy, in particular the different arteries that come into play when injecting dermal filler.
