M-shaped lips are some of the trickiest lips to treat well.
They need much more than simply adding filler. If they arenβt treated correctly, the upper lip can start to project forwards, creating a βbeak-likeβ appearance with fullness in all the wrong places rather than a balanced, elegant result.
Every lip has its own anatomy, and thatβs why there is no one-size-fits-all technique.
For this lovely patient, the goal wasnβt just to add volume. It was to soften the M-shape, refine the lip contour, improve the balance between the upper and lower lip, and create a shape that looks natural and harmonious with her features.
