What do you do when you have it all going on? Full tutorial will be up next week…

Did you know that you can also use ‘Trinny wave’ technique to create polished curls?

The basic concept is the same, except in this case we use a smaller round brush and multiple twists (rather than just the one).

Full tutorial coming up soon!

I often get messages asking for a more in-depth look at the ‘twisting’ technique I use to achieve Trinny’s waves.

In today’s tutorial we discuss Susan’s current hair shape, explore different ways to refine it - and get to grips with the ‘Trinny wave’ technique.

Do let me know how you get on if you’re trying this at home.

Is your hair crowding you?

This month we’re focusing in on face shapes; how your hair sits and how it compliments your features - and this is a topic we’ll be exploring a lot more over the coming months.

What have you found works for you and your unique face shape? What would you like to know more about?

Full tutorial coming soon…

To bob…or not-to-bob - that doesn’t have to be the only question! Bobs come in different shapes and a variety of lengths, meaning you can really tailor it to your individual face shape, requirements and hair type.

For the full tutorial, please do follow along - where we will be exploring the ‘graduated bob’ in greater detail later on this month

Can This ÂŁ200 Dyson Dupe Actually Beat the Original?

If you’ve been looking for a cheaper alternative to the Dyson Airwrap or the T3 Aire 360 but worry it won’t actually hold a curl, you need to see this…

In today’s video, I’m taking you through a full tutorial with Abbie, who has long, dense hair that looks great but often drops its wave quickly.

We swapped out her usual Dyson for the Dreame AirStyle Pro, and honestly? I’m impressed.

My first thoughts are: It’s lightweight, feels really premium, and has a leatherette handle that actually gives you a proper grip while styling.

The Heat (or lack of it!): My favourite discovery was that it doesn’t run anywhere near as hot as the Dyson. As a stylist, I always prefer a medium heat to protect the hair. It gives you those big, bouncy salon-blowout waves with way less heat damage—making it an absolute must-have if you have fine, thin, or delicate hair.

The Grip: Because Abbie loves a more natural, undone look rather than a tight curl, we prepped her hair section-by-section with Sachajuan Ocean Mist salt spray for extra hold, then used the diffuser attachment at the end for that effortless, relaxed ‘bed head’ texture.

It comes with tons of attachments (wrap barrels, smoothing brushes, the lot) so it genuinely works for almost all hair lengths and types.

I’m going to be playing around with this on some models later this month to show you what else it can do, so make sure to hit follow so you don’t miss those styles!

Would you swap your high-end styler for this? Let me know in the comments! 👇

After so many questions about the Dreame airstyle pro - I finally put it to the test yesterday - and I really like it.

It is possibly the most comprehensive alternative to the Dyson, without the price tag. The materials feel great quality, and my favourite part is that it doesn’t run too hot - meaning it’s a fantastic option for those of you with fine hair, delicate hair, or you’re simply conscious about overheating your hair.

Full video of my trial run will be posted tomorrow, with further content due later on this month, on different hair types - stay tuned!

Blow drying the back: this is something we will go into more detail on later this month.

My advice? Don’t worry too much about the underneath if you’re struggling to blow-dry that area. Focus on the crown instead (which sits over your hair at the back) - it’s easier to reach.

I get so many messages asking about Trinny’s waves and how we achieve them. It’s a topic i cover regularly, but the technique is something that can take a little bit of practise.

It’s a little bit like patting your head and rubbing your tummy, but once you’ve got it - it really is quite simple to achieve.

Let me know how you get on - and if you’ve already mastered it, how long did it take you to get there?

Sometimes all it takes is a fresh set of eyes to create something that feels totally different, even if it only entails slight changes to the cut, styling technique or even the way you part your hair.

In this video we’re creating mega volume ‘newsreader’ worthy hair, and really honing in on face-flattering hair shaping techniques to create a look that is vibrant, fun and most importantly ‘new.’

If you enjoyed this video please do remember to like and follow for future reels and tutorials, where I’ll be addressing a variety of face shapes, hair types and styling techniques
