Look Fabulous Forever

Can you have too much of a good thing? When it comes to pink, I'm not sure you can. The colour used to be associated with baby girls and Barbie, but I believe it can be quite sophisticated and grown up if you get it right. As you can see here, I have teamed my pale pink shirt and candy coloured skirt with a pure, ice-white T- shirt which works well on anyone who is cool-toned like me. You can also see from this photograph that I'm not afraid of using pink in my furnishings and décor. I love my Magenta coloured sofa and the small buttoned-back chair that I spotted in the window of a local shop and just had to have to sit alongside it. Every time I go into my sitting room my heart lifts at the sight of such joyful colours.

Back to a blistering Wimbledon after three weeks in France. Time to reflect on something that has always been dear to my heart, the quality of the service I have received in various transactions during my holiday. Possibly the very worst in terms of value for money was Eurotunnel or LeShuttle as they appear to have renamed it. And the best was in the village shop in Oppéde where I was staying.
