The answer is the difference between pulling and contracting. A tummy tuck tightens mechanically, physically drawing the skin down. VASER works thermally, heating the ligaments that anchor the skin to the core muscles so they contract from the inside. Two completely different mechanisms working together to produce a tighter, smoother result than either could alone.
It is optional. It comes at an extra cost. But when combined with a tummy tuck, Mr Alfie explains, you do not pay the full price. And the difference in outcome is worth understanding before you decide.
