Skin Sense & Beauty
Welcome to Skin Sense and beauty
While I’m treating this lovely client with skin boosters around her eyes to improve hydration, skin texture and restore a fresher appearance, we’re talking about a personal moment in her life.
That’s what I love about this space.
A place where you can achieve results
and a place you can trust.
We spend so much time being told what we should do about ageing.
Embrace it.
Fight it.
Ignore it.
Reverse it.
The truth?
There isn’t a right or wrong way.
Some people choose to do nothing.
Some choose aesthetic treatments.
Some take a more holistic, science-led approach with someone like myself.
Many choose a combination.
None of those choices are wrong.
What matters is that it’s your choice.
For me, healthy skin isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about understanding why your skin is changing, making informed decisions, and helping you feel like yourself again.
I’d love to know…
What’s one thing you’ve noticed has changed about your skin over the last few years?
I’ll go first!
A great time to start CACI is in your 30s as a preventative treatment, helping to support facial muscle tone before you start to notice changes.
From your 40 onwards, it becomes more about maintaining or restoring muscle tone and support as the tissues of the face naturally begin to lose lift over time.
For me, it’s not about looking different it’s about looking fresh faced, well rested, and feeling confident.

Behind this door are conversations, quiet moments, deep breaths, a chance to switch off, and time that’s entirely yours.
Yes, treatments happen here.
But so does rest.
And for many of us, that’s something we don’t get enough of.
If you’re looking for a little time to yourself, my treatment room is waiting for you.
I know we all love a little sunshine ☀️ but when it comes to skin health, moderation really is key.
The sun has so many benefits, including helping the body produce vitamin D, which is important for overall health. I’m sure we all know this.
However, research generally suggests that around 10–15 minutes of sun exposure a day (depending on your skin type and UV levels) can be enough.
In clinic I often see how quickly the skin can change with repeated sun exposure, which is why I always encourage a balanced approach.
So this is just a little reminder to all my lovely clients, and for those of you who have committed to a daily skincare routine to keep your skin in optimum health, whether that’s regular facials or more advanced treatments like skin boosters and microneedling to improve the health of your skin and the longevity of its glow.
As the weather starts to get a little sunnier, please remember to wear a hat or sunscreen and reduce prolonged sun exposure so we can protect all the progress you’re making with your skin and keep it looking healthy for longer.
