How could I have known that unprocessed grief at losing my beautiful beloved yellow lab Yella at 8 years old could still bee creating problems now at 54?

After a belief coding session I’ve managed to process that grief and it’s given me a new perspective on very recent losses. I can now start to process the emotional charge in a healthy way. ❤️

I bloody love how BC can deal with the root cause at the origin and shift it. One session and I feel totally different 😀.

When you get those twinges, those butterflies that don’t feel good 😔 - LISTEN! - that’s your subconscious kicking in. It’s warning you that whatever it is you’re thinking about isn’t safe.

Those feelings will have triggered a memory of a previous incident within your subconscious of a similar time when it just wasn’t safe. You will probably have no conscious recollection at all but your subconscious remembers. 🤔

It gives you those feelings of discomfort to stop you from moving forward, its job is just to keep you safe. It doesn’t care that you really want to go on holiday to Thailand or that you really want that promotion or new job, your subconscious sees it as a threat to your safety and it will try every trick to stop you in your tracks.🥵

I can guide you gently to allow your subconscious to access the memory and release the original trapped emotion at the source. This will then enable your subconscious to move forward without being triggered.
