Can your injector confidently treat an ‘M’ shaped lip? 👄
It’s one of the trickiest lip shapes to get right, and here’s why.
With an M shaped top lip, the centre dips while the sides sit thinner. Place lip filler in the wrong spot and you exaggerate the M instead of softening it.
I’ve spent over 10 years perfecting my technique for exactly this lip shape. This result was achieved in just one treatment.

Masseter Botox for the win 🏅
Be aware not everyone is a good candidate for this treatment.
But it’s not right for everyone:
✖️ If the fullness is down to bone structure or fat, it won’t change much
✖️ If you have some skin laxity or early jowls, slimming the muscle can make that look worse
✖️ If you want a sharper, more defined jawline (gents, this is usually you), this softens rather than sculpts. Filler is the better route
This is why I always assess first. I’ll feel the muscle, watch how you clench, and tell you honestly whether it’s worth your money. If it isn’t, I’ll say so and show you what will work instead.
