Some food for thought, is a massage a want or a need? 🤔

I often hear people refer to their horses having a massage session as a “pamper’ which of course we all would want even for ourselves!

Have you ever thought of it as a ‘need’ rather than a want?

Regular massage sessions allow the horses body to heal itself naturally, releasing muscle tension, improving circulation, enhancing muscle tone, and hugely increasing their range of motion.

This raises the question - How is this happening if they’re NOT having their regular sessions?

Hear me out, say we ran 10k five days a week or went to the gym most days but didn’t stretch off afterwards or look after ourselves in between? Luckily we can, horses can’t… they rely on us to do this for them.

So let’s look at these session as a NEED rather than a ‘I’m treating my horse to a pamper” 🙌🏽

Lad was never 100% sure on cows, he wouldn’t look at them and dare they come close, he was gone 💨 but one day this cow decided to stare him out and for some unknown reason he decided to stop and stare back 😂 maybe they liked each other 😅

Went to visit Leena today after she has been away for a weeks swimming holiday, she looked and felt unreal ✔️🤩

To say this girl is 18 years old is unbelievable! As you can see on the photo, after a hard week swimming there was nothing better for her to come home too than a full body massage 🐴😌 she’s a lucky girl!
