Being part of the emergency services, I understand the physical and mental strain our job can have on the body alongside the heavy kit, uniform and sometimes long, stressful shifts.
This is why I offer 10% discount to emergency services workers. To claim; mention during booking and bring your ID to your appointment.
Look after yourself, choose between 30-60minutes of time out and invest in some self care, let’s ease off those muscles aches and pains 🙌

One year ago today, I took a massive leap of faith and opened Nova Soft Tissue Therapy in Newport.
My goal from day one was simple: to build an independent practice dedicated to helping people heal, move pain-free, and confidently get back to doing what they love 😊
