To all of my lovely clients,

I wanted to let you know why I may have been a little quieter than usual over the last week and why replies have sometimes taken me a little longer.

On the 21st of June, we unexpectedly lost our beautiful little Chihuahua, Maxxie.

Many of you will remember him from the Christmas cards I made every year, and from the photos I’d occasionally share. He wasn’t just my dog—he was my little shadow, my best friend, and a huge part of our family for almost ten years.

Losing him has completely broken our hearts, and it’s been one of the hardest things we’ve ever been through.

I’m still here, still doing the job I love, but if I seem a little quieter or slower to reply at times, I hope you’ll understand. I’m doing my best while navigating a huge loss.

Thank you to everyone who has shown kindness, patience and understanding. It truly means more than you know.

Please give your own pets an extra cuddle from me tonight.
