I am very excited to be able to welcome you to view my profile of work. My passion for makeup began in 1999, when working in Ibiza for MTV Dance Floor Charts, Mixmag and Manumission. After completing my Degree in fashion and communication I headed overseas, building a strong network and body of work. My time there enabled me to work with Dermot O’leary on the MTV Series “Dogs Balerics”, Many worl
d class Dj’s and Musicians for features in Mixmag and MTV Dance Floor Charts. I explored the visual impact that Makeup can give to a production and experimented with Body painting and Theatrical makeup. Upon my return in 2002, I was approached by M.A.C Cosmetics to join their team in Nottingham. During this time I built a strong client base and perfected my skills under the guidance of other M.A.C artists including Terry Barber and Val Garner. Gaining product Knowledge and application techniques in natural, wedding, commercial, beauty, photographic, fashion editorial makeup. I progressively grew my freelance portfolio, working on runway shows for London and Milan Fashion Week. I developed beauty looks for high end Jewellery brands most namely bvlgari, Chopard and Mikimoto. In recent years, I have been collaborating with photographers, Stylists and Fashion editors on magazine fashion stories as well as numerous projects on TV and film including several makeover session appearances on daytime television. I have made it my mission to share all my beauty knowhow to all that I may have the pleasure of meeting. My work ethic is simple, Hardworking, professional, punctual, approachable, understanding and empathetic . My passion for following trend looks and knowing what a person requires to look and feel amazing, by tailoring key products for a client, working closely to construct a wearable makeup regime.
