✨ If there’s one skincare ingredient I recommend to almost every woman navigating midlife, it’s a retinoid.
As oestrogen declines, our skin naturally produces less collagen, cell turnover slows, and we may notice:
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Loss of firmness
• Dull, tired-looking skin
• Uneven pigmentation
• Rougher texture
• Breakouts that seem to appear out of nowhere
A retinoid is one of the most evidence-based ingredients available for improving these concerns because it encourages skin cell renewal and stimulates collagen production.
Where should you start?
💚 Retinol – Perfect for beginners. Available over the counter and ideal if you’ve never used a vitamin A product before.
💚 Retinal (Retinaldehyde) – A step up from retinol. It works faster and is often better tolerated while delivering more noticeable results.

✔ Start with 2 evenings per week.

✔ Wear a broad-spectrum SPF every single morning.
