A beautiful sunny hack surrounded by blooming flowers and spring daffodils with one of my new regular rides ☀️🌼 Followed by some strengthening pole work with another, focusing on building hind end and core muscles. Exercises like this help improve engagement, movement, and overall muscular balance. 🐎💪
