SUP Yoga Sale

How are we celebrating the summer solstice week ? Tuesday evening I am running a taster SUP yoga session available for all those who have booked with me, can swim and agree to the participants disclaimer (you agree to participate at own risk). Sunrise beach yoga, sun and moon 🌙 🌞🌅💖

Ullswater downwind paddle! Speedy 12km from Glenridding pier to Crown Inn at Pooley Bridge.
Steamer wasn’t running due to wind and ‘swell in the mid waters’ meant fun but challenging conditions to stay upright on the way!
Stopped for picnic and refreshing dip at the end.
Easy to role up the SUP bag and put under bungie ropes.
Bus back to start leaves from outside The Crown, you can exit the water direct into the beer garden, £2 for scenic bus ride back!
