The right RPM for each of your EFile bits is incredibly important during your appointments. If you’re using the wrong speed your work may not be as efficient and may transfer heat to your client meaning an uncomfortable experience for you both! These are the typical speeds dependent upon the bit you’re using…👇
Carbide Bits: 20-25 RPM
Sanding Bands: 5 RPM
Diamond Bits: 10-12 RPM
Ceramic Bits: 30 RPM

More often than not, the secret to better retention lies in your prep routine. Creating the perfect foundation is one of the most important steps in achieving long-lasting, beautiful results!
Before applying any product, make sure you:
✔️ Remove all non-living tissue from the cuticle area to prevent lifting (Cuticle contains oils which will lift gel!)
✔️Gently buff the natural nail plate using a sanding band or buffer block to remove any shine
✔️ Remove all dust and oils by wiping the nail with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free wipe before application
