Going forward, all appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Neither myself nor Lilly will be manually booking appointments through Facebook, Messenger, text or in person.

We have made this decision to protect our business, our time and our income, following the impact that missed appointments and no-shows can have on our working day.

📲 All appointments must be made through our online booking system.
💳 You can still pay on the day of your treatment as normal.
🔒 A card is required when booking to secure your appointment. Card details are held securely through the booking system, allowing payment to be collected in line with our cancellation and no-show policy if you fail to attend.

Unfortunately, missed appointments mean lost income and prevent other clients from taking those appointment slots. As a small business, we simply cannot continue to absorb these losses.

We absolutely love what we do and appreciate every single client who supports us. 🩷 These changes are necessary to ensure we can continue providing the services you love while protecting our business and livelihoods.
