I've had the most comforting 24hrs 🥰

After seeing the eclipse at Rhossilli, I was given a paper bag with what felt like a book in it.
I felt the nudge to go to the beach at The Secret.
I sat on the sand, opened the paper bag to find a 2013 Diary 😳
Seeing the writing made me gasp out loud. Then, when I read the words I was elated. I laid back on the sand and after a few minrues I saw these clouds 😭
Only person my mother ever allowed to call me "Ren" was my Bamp. Nobody else. Ever.
So imagine my heart when the clouds started to look like Ren 🤭
My Bamp taught me the skill of making images out cloud formations, grain and markings in wood, bark on trees, shapes in stone. It amused us for over 30 years.
I'd stared so long at the clouds, I felt like I was tripping😳 and then in the distance I heard the chords for Chaka Khan🤦🏻‍♀️if you know, you know.

Sitting here reflecting on another month coming to a rapid end, I am humbled by every single client that has walked through my door 👌🏽

21 months ago, I could not have envisioned the amazing journey lymphatic drainage would take me on, and how Soul Glo would grow into a service women & men depend upon.

The risk of doing something that wasn't mainstream in Swansea scared me silly.
But I knew from my own health experience with MLD that it was amazing, and people would feel the same.

International Self-Care Day

We all have our own idea of what Self-Care is.
For me, it's something that should be practised every day of the year without feeling guilty for prioritising our physical and emotional needs.

Fundamentally it comes down to boundaries, self directed kindness and saying 'No' without guilt.
No amount of sitting on a mat, massage, facials, or journaling can help if you're not being true to you 👌🏽
