IF you or a member of your household have a fever, constant or new cough, or any other COVID symptom., tummy bug or any other cold/flu like symptoms. Please phone giving as much notice as possible to re-schedule your appointment. Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are having a treatment and then must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted at any other time, for h&safety and insurance reasons, NO exceptions. You must attend your appointment alone. A face mask must be worn before entering the premises, and use sanitiser as provided on entry. Your temperature will be taken with a no contact scanner on arrival, and your therapist will be wearing PPE. For all treatments of £20 or above, a booking deposit of £10 per treatment is necessary. 24 working hours notice required to change appointments time/date, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. No shows are not acceptable, you will not be offered another appointment. This will result in a half price fee. If not paid no further Appt will be issued. Late arrivals of 10 mins or over May mean that we are unable to complete your appointment as we cannot eat into the next clients booking. Time has been allocated between appointments for cleaning premises with COVID guidance. Please be on time for your appointment, not early and not late, thank you for your understanding. �
