August Gratitude !

A little August appreciation post… because WOW!

August is usually a quieter month for a small business like mine, with holidays, days out and everyone making the most of the sunshine. So to have been kept so wonderfully busy this month at Zen at No.10 and the Zen Den has genuinely meant the world to me. 🫶

To all of my lovely returning clients — thank you for continuing to choose me, support me and come back time and time again. And to all of my new clients — thank you for trusting me and taking that first step through the door. And a massive thank you to all at Rock Steady Boxing, Widnes & Warrington for asking me to host more chair yoga sessions and everyone who attends..you're all amazing.

As a new business and a sole trader, every booking, recommendation, review, share and kind word really does make a difference. It may just be an appointment in your diary, but to me, it’s helping me build something I’m incredibly proud of.

I’m now taking a few well-earned days off to slow down, recharge and spend some precious time with my family. 🥰

So thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making August such a lovely one. You’ve kept me busy, kept me smiling and reminded me why I took the leap to do this full time. 💕

Now… time for a little ME time of my own. 😉🌿
