Important Notice Regarding Appointments & Cancellation Fees

Unfortunately, this isn’t a post I wanted to have to make, but recently I’ve experienced a significant number of last minute cancellations and appointment changes.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and appointments need to be rearranged. However, when appointments are cancelled or moved at short notice, it can be very difficult for me to fill those spaces, resulting in a loss of income.

As this is my business and my only source of income, I have had to introduce a strict cancellation and deposit policy moving forward.

If a cancellation fee or deposit is requested and has not been paid, or if payment requests are repeatedly ignored, you will no longer be able to book future appointments with me until the outstanding payment has been made. This policy applies to all clients without exception.

If you have currently been asked to pay a deposit and have not yet done so, please make payment as soon as possible. Until the deposit has been received, your appointment will not be confirmed and the slot may be offered to another client.

I genuinely hate having to be this strict, and I really do appreciate your understanding. My time is valuable, and these policies are simply necessary to protect my business and my income.
