A part of my joy lives in dancing on treadmills and I like it that way And no It won’t solve the world’s problems but it will help us to navigate our lives with more presence and joy and appreciation 🩷 For a lot of us the price of our joy is looking cringe 🤷🏾‍♀️ I think adults need more play than we care to admit I also think looking “cool” is overrated - gimme cringe any day of the week. Have your little treadmill disco babe 🪩 you deserve it! Thank you @ribera.fitness for capturing this 🥹 and putting up with my dancing on the treadmill everyday 😂🤍
