I’ll hold my hands up 🙌
I have definitely slacked a little with my Breathwork routine during the holidays.
But last night, I decided I need to hold myself accountable and take action.
Sometimes it’s better to make little notes around the house for the things we need to do rather than just thinking, “I’ll do it when I can.”
How many times have you thought that, but never actually done the thing you wanted to do?
Write yourself a little note tomorrow and see if you actually held yourself accountable. 😉🥰🫶
