My simple at-home electrolyte mix (until I finalize my own formula):
Base options:
* filtered water
* spring water
* alkaline water
* coconut water (naturally mineral-rich)
Mineral support:
* cream of tartar (natural potassium support)
* pink Himalayan salt (trace minerals + sodium balance)
* magnesium (supports relaxation + hydration balance)
I like to adjust the base depending on what my body needs that day. Sometimes lighter hydration, sometimes deeper mineral support.
The goal is to help the body stay balanced, hydrated, and supported without overcomplicating it.
