შემდგომ ეტაპზე დამზადდა მეტალო-კერამიკული გვირგვინები, ხოლო უკანა სეგმენტში დაკარგული კბილების აღდგენა განხორციელდა ნაწილობრივი მოსახსნელი ფირფიტოვანი პროთეზის საშუალებით.

The patient presented with aesthetic and functional discomfort. Clinical examination revealed old metal-acrylic crowns and chronic periodontitis.

At the initial stage of treatment, the existing prosthetic construction was removed, professional oral hygiene was performed, damaged teeth were treated therapeutically, and non-restorable teeth were extracted.

In the following stage, metal-ceramic crowns were fabricated. Missing teeth in the posterior segment were restored with a removable partial plate denture.

The patient presented with aesthetic concerns. Clinical examination revealed fractured and debonded therapeutic veneers.

The old restorations were removed and the teeth were prepared for crowns. Temporary acrylic crowns were fabricated, and the occlusal vertical dimension was increased by 2 mm.

During a two-week adaptation period, the patient reported no discomfort in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) area. After successful adaptation, the temporary restorations were replaced with permanent zirconia-ceramic crowns.
