5. On Friday he died on the cross, give up his spirit
6. On Friday his body was taken down and buried in a tomb
7. On Friday Jesus was mocked , and beaten before being led to crucified
8. On Friday Simon of Cyrene helped carry Jesus' cross
9. On Friday Jesus spoke seven phrases from the cross, including " it is finished" , " father , forgive them"
10. On Friday darkness fell over the land as Jesus died
11. On Friday the temple curtain tore, symbolizing access to God
12. On Friday a Roman soldier Pierce Jesus' side with a spear.
