There is no such thing as a higher grade of a product. You either have a genuine or a fake . As she said there are good alternatives. In cosmetics, it’s called drugstore brands. For example a drugstore brand lipstick can be Ghc75 and a high end Ghc350 no need to buy a fake of a high end for Ghc180 . Thats a reap off . Anyways , prices are tricky and I wouldn’t recommend using prices to determine if something is fake or original. These are some better determinants
1. Spelling mistakes: there is no way a recognizable brand or any brand make a spelling mistake on their products MAC won’t be MAX . Powder won’t be spelled pawda etc
2. Different shades : Every shade under a specific brand for color cosmetics will always be the same. Example a MARY KAY beige 2 foundation will most definitely be very white .if you find a beige two that is matching a deeper complexion . It’s a fake 🤣
3. Know and trust your source and keep to them 🤗
4. Font sizes . This one is a little complex. Unless of course you know the product & pays attention to details. If you know a particular font size a brand use for a specific product under the brand and you see the same thing in a completely different font …
5. Go to the official page of the brand to familiarize yourself with what the product and shades look like before making a 1st time purchase from a retailer you are not sure about 🤗🤗🤗🤗
