Isolation is everything when it comes to lash extensions.
Poor isolation or cluster lashes can cause multiple natural lashes to become stuck together. As those lashes grow at different speeds, they pull against each other, which can lead to discomfort, premature shedding and unnecessary damage to the natural lash.
Clean, safe isolation is essential. Your natural lash health will always be my number one priority.
Itโs also important to understand that your natural lashes grow in cycles. The number of strong, healthy adult lashes available to safely apply extensions to can vary from month to month. Sometimes your lash artist may recommend leaving certain lashes to grow for another 1โ3 weeks before applying an extension. This isnโt because weโre being fussyโitโs because weโre protecting the long-term health of your natural lashes and helping you achieve better retention.
