U.S. President Donald Trump has urged Iran to stop its missile attacks on Israel and return to diplomatic negotiations following a sharp escalation in tensions in the Middle East.

Speaking in an interview with Fox News, Trump said Iran should de-escalate the situation after launching missiles toward Israel.

He stated:

“I would suggest to Iran: You’ve shot your missiles, that’s enough. Get back to the table and make a deal.”

According to Fox News correspondent Trey Yingst, Trump emphasized that Iran was still in a position where a diplomatic agreement could be reached, but warned that continued attacks would only worsen the crisis.

The comments came after Iran fired missiles toward Israel on Sunday, marking a serious escalation in ongoing regional tensions. The strikes reportedly triggered air defense responses in Israel, with most of the incoming missiles intercepted.
